PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The purpose of this position is to continuously grow revenue and profits through building service sales volume. Actively and continuously involved in preventive maintenance contracts, retrofits, extended warranties, installations, start-up, relocation packages, and general service. Service functions include performing quality installations, startups, troubleshooting, maintenance, construction, repair, modifications, overhauls, retrofits, calibration, inspection and servicing of
Thermotron products and like competitor products. Must develop strong relationships with customers by acting in a highly responsive and professional manner to meet customer needs.
Senior Service Technicians will have several years of technical experience relating to Thermotron products or applicable equivalent experience. When fully utilized the individual is responsible to assist the Regional Manager identifies, train and assist expansion personnel to further grow the territory.
PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Actively sells service work by contacting customers to solicit work. Explaining benefits to Thermotron refrigeration and controller retrofits, preventative maintenance contracts and general service work. Responsible for maintaining utilization rate at a minimum of the company average.
• Develops territory to maximum capacity/utilization as an individual. Works with the company management to expand territory with additional personnel.
• Contacts customers to coordinate the installation, start-up and repair and maintenance of products at the customer’s location. Conducts training programs on the operation and maintenance of Thermotron products. Assigns priorities and schedules work for themselves and others.
• Utilizing blueprints and schematics, troubleshoots, repairs and calibrates various operating systems of a refrigeration, electronics, and electrical or electro-mechanical nature.
• Establishes maintains and cultivates a positive relationship with customers. Maintains an overview of customer satisfaction and reports potentially sensitive accounts to management.
• Operates a variety of hand tools, power tools, and test instruments to perform assigned duties.
• Maintains calibration records and follows procedures to have instrument recalibrate when required.
• Orders replacement parts and manages inventory supplies of the replacement parts at lowest dollar value possible. Follows procedures to complete periodic inventory counts and returns warranty or excess parts to the home office.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of all policies and procedures as they relate to warranty, maintenance and service.
• Valid Driver’s License required to drive service vehicles.

Somewhere today, there will be breaking news that a well-known and/or powerful person has been accused of abusing an employee, co-worker or romantic partner. So here's the question: Did their bad behavior only start after they became well-known or powerful?
It seems much more likely to me that they didn't become abusers when they became powerful, but that they became powerful because they were abusers.
Think about it — isn't the most conniving, evil, creepy, abusive back-stabber in your workplace the one who's most likely to get promoted? Isn't the guy or gal who takes credit for your work, who cuts corners, who breaks the rules and sucks up to the bosses the most likely to skip a grade?
If this is true, then serial abusers are more likely to climb the corporate ladder, the church hierarchy or the military ranks than their more worthy co-workers. How else to explain the college bribery scandal — not to mention the political scandals, church scandals, corporate scandals and Hollywood scandals that are all happening at the same time? How is it that so many ethically challenged people have risen to the top of the heap over the good and decent ones?
Cream no longer rises to the top. At best, it's tolerated down at the bottom. After all, somebody has to do the work while the abusers focus on getting ahead.
So often we hear about famous, powerful people making life miserable for everyone who works for or near them that it's easy to think

When John tembrink worked with thermotron he begged Bob Wiley to allow him to attend the thermotron training seminar and stop working at Boeing military installation of solder job of 6 chamber, which he all ready spent 4 months in Kansas soldering pipe, so John tembrink went to the week long seminar and spend the week running around Holland Michigan getting customers to get "drunk" with him. So
Bob Wiley said he wasn't going to get the certificate and celebrate completion of training.
He said he hopes John tembrink didn't work like that at at Boeing military installation ,which as dick alverson said he was.

Thermotron and the people who have worked there, and the philosophy of the managers leaders and employee, John tembrink and Tom Patterson and Randy hurtus and Fred plont and Donald bench the president John Sexton replaced and worked on the equipment and they were not going to have to be skilled, Holland Michigan religious traditions have a strong influence on behavior, how to feel good about being bad just get the customer to sign off on the equipment it's under Warranty.
